Crown House’s Personal Chef Service
Let our chef bring his experaince and expertise to your home. The chef will travel across North Wales and Cheshire
Menus start at £30 per person, on top of the price per person
there is a Chef’s Fee of £170 plus travel expenses. The fee
pays for five hours from a qualified and hugely experienced chef who will
prepare and serve your dinner in your own home.

- Gazpacho
- Chicken or Beef Consume with Fortified Wine
- Tomato, Organic, Welsh Goats Cheese and Basil Tarts, served on a bed of Rocket
- Home Made Pate, served with home made Nutty Wholemeal Toast
- Warm Salad with Black Pudding, Smoked Bacon and Parmesan Shavings
- Warm Duck Salad with Wild Rocket and a Cranberry garnish
- Spinach and Smoked Salmon Roulade (Starter or Main)
- Baked Courgettes
and Peppers with Organic Welsh Goats Cheese (Starter or Main)
Mains
- Local Free Range Roast Chicken, Stuffed with Lemon, Thyme and Tarragon Butter and a White Wine Jus
- Bryn Cocyn Organic Roasted Lamb with Garlic and Rosemary
- Welsh Beef Steak: Fillet, Sirloin, Rump or Rib eye
- Halkyn Mountain Buffalo Burger, On a Homemade Roll with a Tomato Salsa and Glazed with Welsh Cheddar. Served with Home Made Chips and Mayonnaise or Alioli
- Local and/or Organic Seared Salmon Steaks served with Braised Vegetables and Alioli or a Dill Sauce
- Seafood and Spinach Lasagne
- Clams and Spaghetti
- Asian King Prawn, Salmon and Monkfish Kebabs served
